The mold used in the production for the handle on the basket was not set deep enough which causes fractures in heavier loads carrying the basket near the handle.
Your company should re-enforce the handles with some inserts or change the design. Having products break could cause serious problems.

Versatile Hamper

I received this product a few weeks ago. I really enjoy the depth of the hamper. It works well for transporting clean or dirty clothes up and down the stairs without being too wide and hard to navigate with. Additionally, it fits a good amount of clothes. For me, the depth is a little too low to put in folded clothes as I worry they’ll be unfolded by the time I put them in or pull them out.

just the right size for my large load washer.

This is just the perfect size not only to hold my king comforter, a few towels ect, but i like that i can still lean this on my hip when i need to carry up stairs. I like that i also have options for handles. depending on my load i can either carry from the side or the front, whichever works for the load that i am carrying. The holes are a perfect size that nothing i have falls thru but lets me spray it out without water having to go to high. "I received this product as part of a My-Take research study."

Easy to carry, spacious basket!

I recently replaced my old Sterilite laundry basket with this new one, and I couldn't be happier. My previous basket, which I purchased many years ago, still looks brand new with no signs of wear or damage. However, its over-sized design made it difficult to carry through doorways and up and down stairs. This new basket solves the problem perfectly. It has a smaller footprint, making it easy and safe to maneuver, yet it's deep and spacious enough to hold all my laundry - including bed and bath linens. The quality is just a impressive as my old basked, and I fully expect it to last for may years. Highly recommended! I received this product as part of a My-Take research study.

The Ultra Easy Carry Hamper is a great product. It can hold a lot and it’s easy to move around. This product is sturdy and I don’t have to worry about the handles cracking. I love this product.

Durable Handles

This hamper with handles has made it much easier to transport my clothes from the bedroom to the laundry room. I like that the hamper is well sized and can hold a good amount of laundry. The handles are also durable. However, the hamper is a bit wide, it would be a bit easier to carry if it was taller. However, I still enjoy being able to easily carry my clothes to the washer.

Great, sturdy hamper

I have 2 of these hampers, one I purchased a few years ago and now one from sterilite! They're sturdy and will last! The handles are reinforced nicely. It is big enough to hold a good amount of laundry while staying manageable to take up and down stairs. The plastic is a thicker, stronger quality, so it isn't flexible, but it stays durable.
