Works quietly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy with my new Amana Dishwasher - great value. The dishwasher that stopped working was 4 x as much and there were issues with the stainless front. The rust accumulated so bad that our cleaning service didn't even want to try & clean it. Thanks Amana for a wonderful new machine

Poor Followup and Management

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 4 months ago and it failed in three months of minimal use.
It is one month since it failed and it is still not operating.
Poor communication, Backorder parts, minimum followup, and just poor management.
I bought another brand for my home a month ago and decided not to be part of the Amana frustration again !
