This computer will not “wake up” from sleep mode. I have to unplug it and restart it if I am not using it and it goes into sleep mode. This is extremely frustrating after purchasing a brand new, not cheap computer.

Got this system to replace my 12 year computer! Still learning about all it offers. Big upgrades from what I previously had. Love the fact that I can grow with it as well. I am not totally tech savy-- so make use of the help buttons which do the job greatly!
