Great Keyboard!

first and foremost, i love the samsung galaxy tab s7 book cover keyboard. i love how quiet the keys are when you are in the middle of typing. i also love the touch gestures on the touchpad and how intuitive they are. so far i've used this keyboard primarily in dex mode- where it's most practical to use. but there is one problem off the top of my head that makes this keyboard inferior to the likes of microsoft's surface keyboard. this keyboard is not backlite at all. it really make it difficult to type with this keyboard in low light, or at night in the dark. but i have to say i really love the bookcover keyboard and i recommend it for anyone that has the samsung galaxy tab s7.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Comfortable keyboard, slim, and protective!

i have used other keyboard cases for products in the samsung family as well as keyboard cases for other tablet brands and this is hands down my favorite. the keys are smooth and comfortable to use. (pros) my favorite part is its sturdiness and that the keyboard detaches easily to use the tablet without it. (cons) the only downside i see so far is that the keyboard doesn't have a backlight function to see the keys in a darker environment.
i would definitely recommend this case.

at first it didnt work. i thought it was bluetooth and couldnt find the manual or the kwyboard listed in the bluetooth menu. but i figured that the little metal prongs that connect the keyboard to the tablet is what causes thw connection. after a few minutes of itbeing connected to the tablwt by the magnet it connected and worked. works great now that i got it figured out. :) wish the magnet that holds on the keyboard was a little stronger cause im a bit worried it may come off too easy when i dont want it to. i like the littlw flap that holds the pen there cause i was also a bit worried about the pen getting lost cause it only magnetizes to it.

A couple more improvements needed

tactile feel is very good, mouse pad works very good as well.
at first keyboard was difficult to attach, if not in perfect position, you'd have to wiggle it around to seat. this got better over time however i never had this problem with my s6 keyboard, it sucked into proper position every single time.
extra weight added by using magnets instead of reusable adhesive, a worthwhile trade off.
needs backlighting or i would actually prefer a luminescent coating that can be charged by the tablet's screen

i love the keyboard, but don't like that the keys are not back-lit. a little expensive not to be able to type in the dark.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm writing this review for trying out my wife's new keyboard for her tablet. I loved how it automatically attaches to the tablet without any issues. The keys are spaced out perfectly even for big fingers. I love how it lights up upon interaction as well. The keyboard is also light weight in comparison to others keyboards. I loved using it with the tablet.

Didn't come with function keys

the keyboard and cover is great but it shows right there in the spec that there's function keys (volume nob, esc key). otherwise, great

this is a 2 pc design. the keyboard piece connects with magnets to the side of the tablet. that sucker falls out all the time. i have to be careful how i open it, or it falls off. i am very disapointed in the quality considering how much i paid.
