Nice, but can be loud

Since getting this, I have had a few minor issues. After a week I did have clean hair from the roller and brush manually. Also, having a husky, the empty-station bag was full within a week. There were a couple nights that it did not complete and said it was manually stopped when it was not. The noise of the vacuum itself is not bad (vacuums downstairs while sleeping upstairs), however, it IS load at times banging into things. It sounded like the trash truck emptying barrels last night. It does clean well. I will give it some more time.

The robot vacuum is amazing!! It can improve a little to be able to map out the platforms on staircases. We are eagerly waiting to have a mop version as an additional feature in the same robot :)

This was a refurbished unit, so the price was really good but it does have a permanent problem. The hair cutting tool has never worked. From the beginning it gives an error that it is stuck and it is stuck, it will not move. If that worked it would be great, but it doesn't.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
