Great first robot vacuum

I wanted a "dumb" robot vacuum that wouldn't be on my wifi, and the 11S Max has been very satisfactory. It will get stuck on cables, so I have to make sure all the speaker wires and power cords for my TV/stereo system are elevated before running it in my rec room. But it has picked up a surprising amount of fine dust and other dirt. I think it is a great supplement to regular vacuuming with a bag vac.

We have an Eufy that's 3 years old. Battery replaced once and dirt bin replaced twice. (Hinnge pins keep falling out).
It has worked very well so we purchased another one and it is working with the same reliability as the first.

Not sure about changes

I have an older 11S, and it has two edge cleaning brushes. This one only has one. You can see the outline of where the second would go, but it's sealed. There is only one filter to clean, and it is washable, which is a plus. Time will tell if it cleans as well as the older model.

11S Max a good design gets a down grade

You all have treated me well and have no negative complaint to offer.
I was however very disappointed in the new 11S Max being down graded to a two zone cleaning robot. Given that this is a basic bounce vac the second side brush really adds to its performance. I realize that the mapping vac can make the necessary adjustments for only having the one side brush. But the bounce vac really benefits from having all 3 cleaning zone as a standard feature. I would strongly recommend you add the second side brush back. You are welcome to contact me if it would be of benefit.

Super excited for this purchased based off the reviews. But I was highly disappointed that it does not map your home, does not give you notification or make a noise that is stuck, can't move under/around something, etc. Great suction and does pick up well.
