Replacement fail

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a worn out Whirlpool that was almost identical. Keyword is “almost”. Newer should be better, right?Not in this case. The older model had some things that are just lacking in the newer model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
