Perfect for those smaller tasks such as small onion, shallots or slicing a small piece of meat.
The Henckels International line was developed using German engineering and technology adapted to a more value priced line. The Dynamic knife line is a great value and good quality. It has the durable three rivet handle similar to the knives made in Germany. Its fine edge blade is made from high quality steel that will hold its edge nicely, is light and flexible.

Can't beat the value

Very good utility knife. Does just about everything - good for slicing and chopping, for meats, vegetables and fruits. The comfortable sculpted handle fits nicely in the palm of te hand. Quality stainless steel requires little maintenance. Can be resharpened. Great for folks just starting to work with quality knives. Dishwasher safe, but I recommend hand-washing to keep the looking like new.

I use this knife for almost all of my kitchen chores. Great for chopping, slicing and dicing. Stainless steel, and dishwasher safe this is so easy to maintain. Great grip, nice one piece steel, tang goes to the edge of the handle which is the sign of a really good quality knife.

Really Good Basic

This knife will actually do everything you need to do in a kitchen. It acts like a chef's knife which is the perfect tool. Its made from on piece of high quality steel so its flexible and durable at the same time. The handle is comfortable, even in the big jobs.
