Good for all the small to medium fruits and vegetables that the traditional chefs knife might be a bit to large for. This line is lightweight, sharp and durable, making it a contender for one of the most used knives in your kitchen.

When shopping for value priced knives you might be on a budget but you don't want to sacrifice sharpness and durability. Dynamic series will not disappoint and are perfect for a starter kitchen . Stamped from a single sheet of high quality stainless steel they are light weight and corrosion resistant. I like the way the handle is high on the bolster because it provides a comfortable area for my pinch grip. This knife is great for chopping vegetables, prepping meats and mincing herbs, Not quite as big as a chef's knife for those smaller cutting tasks. This knife feels very sharp.

Nice utility knife

A good Utility knife, great for slicing fruits, veggies, and meats. A great starter knife for newbies, such as young aspiring chefs, the slicer knife is not as daunting in size as a Carving, but you can still get nice slices like you’re using a carving knife. Solid riveted handles on the knife, contours nicely to the high carbon German stainless steel blade. The high carbon German stainless steel won’t be prone to rusting or tarnishing, a great steel to use if you’re cutting up acidic or starchy foods. Nice price point too.
