This bench is just OK. It was included as package with a cable machine.
It isn't very high off the ground, front seat is not adjustable, and it does not lay perfectly flat. I switched back to my previous bench. This is good enough, but not what I needed.

I love how the bench folds up for compact storage, making it perfect for smaller home gyms like mine. The padding is comfortable and supportive, even during heavy lifting.
