I was skeptical about running with a weighted vest, but the Centr vest is super comfortable. It stays in place and doesn't bounce around, which is key for longer runs.

decide to buy weight vest to add to my leg strengthening workouts. Have to say I did not expect the vest to be so comfortable. It looks small but actually fits nicely
