Highly Recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We're quite pleased with the Ring Video Doorbell. Out of the box, the Ring app did most of the work to set up the device with our WiFi network. Before we knew it, we were able to see, listen, and speak at our front door.
We are especially happy to see the unit is provided with a rechargeable battery pack (no running out of batteries or searching for that obscure battery size) and an interchangeable bottom cover. We were also able to quickly integrate the Ring with our Alexa system; the Ring doorbell announces throughout the Alexa system when somebody is at the front door.
We're really impressed with the Ring Video Doorbell and highly recommend it.

Incredibly convenient to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am VERY pleased with this product for a number of reasons.
1. SETUP - This company makes installing and setting up the device incredibly easy. If you know how to use a screwdriver and turn off power to your existing doorbell, you can install this camera. The app walks you through the installation step by step. BONUS, they gave me multiple (optional) mounting wedges that either allow you to point the camera slightly down at an angle or slightly to the side (for home that don't have a front facing doorbell like mine!)
2. VIDEO/SOUND QUALITY - the quality of the video is great! I don't know if it depends on your internet speed, but mine is very clear and doesn't lag. I have spoken with people that are at my front door both while I am in my house and when I am in another state! Very cool.
3. CUSTOMIZATION - I love the fact that you can set different modes (HOME/AWAY) and that you can turn off certain motion zones and adjust sensitivity. It reduces the number of "false alarms" while making sure you are always alerted when someone approaches your home.
Overall, I recommend this product to EVERYONE and I will be purchasing more cameras.

Love My Ring!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now that I am working from home, I have a lot of visitors coming to my front door. The Ring is easy to install and very transparent for me to see who is arriving and who is departing. I have small children as well so I definitely want to see who is coming and going. No electrician needed! Ring is great, and I would highly recommend it!

Excellent video quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture and video quality of this Ring doorbell is outstanding. I got this to replace a security system I will not mention that I have had for that last several years and was paying way to much money for. The quality between the two doorbell videos are day and night. This camera is crystal clear and it actual picks up video of what i need it do, not just a bug flying by but misses somebody running through my yard. Set up was super easy. I really can’t get over how great the quality of the videos are. Great doorbell camera.

Good picture functional stable app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have about 4 of these cameras up now and let me tell you, they do not disappoint. The camera that you get is only as good as the app that you view them through and again, no regrets. I have had a couple of off brand cameras and I could get them to work, eventually, but these are super easy to setup and the app has never crashed. Cloud backup means that if there is an incedent and they take or destroy the cameras, you still have them on video. I highly recommend these.

Perfect when you live on second floor!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I can see who is at the door now or when packages are delivered at our gate now! Our house is on the second floor but the gate is on the ground floor and I have lost a couple of packages already so now I know when they are being delivered.
I love that I can use battery power for this but it only gives you stills so hardwire is the better option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the ring 3 plus doorbell camera I have been wanting to try a Ring Video Doorbell, for the convenience of knowing when packages are left because a lot of my package get stolen and with the ring doorbell I can Now see who is stealing my packages also seeing who is approaching our door before they even ring the bell. installation is ideally very simple the not so simple thing is placement.
