Weak link in design

We use your laundry baskets exclusively in our inn. We use about 15 baskets and lose 3-4 each year due to the handles breaking. The rest of the baskets are in great shape and we hate having to discard a basket because of missing handles. The problem is that the rim structure is thinned down to make room for the gray handle insert and it is that thinned rim area that breaks. Would really like to see you re-design this one area of an otherwise a great product.

Handles are manufactured poorly.

Okay so the basket itself has shown to be durable, however the handles have slowly broken off. I have two of the same 1.25 Bushel Ultra Hip Hold Laundry Baskets. I have had then approximately 1 yr. and the thru the span of the last six months the side handles slowly one by one started to break off of each basket. It is frustrating and uncomfortable to have to carry the basket from the front and back handles. I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase.

Very upsetting

My son bought this not even 4 months ago and the handles fell off and it’s all broken. Very upset

Handles Break Easily

I have purchased 4 of these baskets in the past year. I use them to carry wet laundry out to a clothesline. I like the design but the handles have broken on all 4 of the baskets. Duct tape makes them last longer but eventually all the handles break. I would not recommend this product for carrying wet laundry.

Like many other people I have a problem with cracking around two of the handles. I can not use it anymore. I really loved it, would like to get a replacement.

Great concept, but won't last!

Love the feel of the HipHold style basket! A great fit for the way I naturally carry laundry. Unfortunately, the handles crack, rendering the basket practically impossible to use. Don't waste your money!

I have maybe 6 of these baskets......I do a lot of laundry! They are big enough, but not too heavy once filled. The round on one side lets me hold it against my hip comfortably. Durability would also have gotten a 5 if the colored part of the handle didn't occasionally come off. In any case, if I needed a new basket, this is what I would purchase.

Basket broke at handle with a dry load of folded clothes after only a handful of uses.
I really liked the design (hip hugger) and color (black- used as a dirty clothes catch basket) & the handles were really the only issue. That being said, it was useless once the handle broke.
I would love to see a reinforced update with maybe rubber or textured grippy handles.
