This is a great machine, very slim and powerful. It looks good and clean in an office setting, but also in a home because it kind of blends in. It’s had no problem doing 10 papers at once and handled a few staples with ease. I love it.

The negative reviews are very real. The feeder sensor died, machine is a brick now. Can't be fixed. Stay away from this unit. You can buy a better unit for half the price.

Bought in on Tuesday and returned it on Wednesday

On day 1 it ran for 9 minutes before overheating. On day 2 it ran forv10 minutes before overheating and never recovered. We boxed it up and returned it. We bought it because it advertised 20 minute run time. Not true. Don't waste your money.
