Perfect for home office

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great shredder! Easy to set up and easy to use overall great machine. It’s a bit on the heavier side so I appreciate that it came with wheels. Cuts like a dream micro cuts are the way to go! I can shred tons of papers and cards before I have to dump the basket out because it cuts everything so small and efficiently. I appreciate that the basket opens in the front for easy disposal I although I wish it had a handle for easier opening and closing. A neat feature I really like is that there is a cover that covers the slot/blades when not in use. And the cover is the on/off switch which is convenient and I feel safe having in the home with a curious toddler in the house. Last but not least the sound isn’t all that loud even when shredding credit cards. I have a sound sensitive toddler and he didn’t mind the noise at all. Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Staples 20-Sheet Micro-Cut Commercial Shredder is AWESOME!!. I must say this shredder works perfect shreds 20 sheets all at one time and can go for at least 20 minutes of run time. This shredder can also shred more than paper it shreds small paper clips credit cards staples cds and dvds. Its very quiet when running. What I do like is the bag management no mess at all shreds go right into the plastic bag when full all you do is put a tie around it and that is it. Also this shedder shreds so fine that no criminal would ever find out your peronal info. I have the Staples shredder lubricant and will put it into the paper feed entrance about twice a month so my shredder works exactly the way I want it too. Nicely made with a sleek design. This shredder comes with a 1 year manufacturer limited warranty. I totally recommend Staples 20-Sheet Micro-Cut Commercial Shredder to everyone. I use this daily for my personal in home office to keep all my info shedded.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never knew how much I needed a shredder in my life until this bad boy arrived at my doorstep. Holy cow! I was keeping stacks of papers credit cards etc to shred and this thing stood up to the test of my procrastination. It was able to shred large stacks of paper all at once credit cards even laminated sheets of paper. The bin capacity was great and I only had to empty it once through this endeavor. My husband and I run a business and I was able to tackle most of what is needed with this shredder. We keep it in our home office with no issues. The paper shreds were so so tiny! It was perfect and I’m so excited to use this baby again!!

Definite upgrade

My old shredder was only a 12 sheet and would struggle compared to the Staples 20 Sheet. The unit is heavier and only slightly larger in overall size but the increase in power and how fine the material is shredded is well worth it. This shredded will remain a key piece of my home office.

Efficiency on Wheels

I was apprehensive as every shredder I have used in the past was bulky loud and difficult. Hello Staples! This shredder is a completely different breed and major upgrade from anything I had used before. Packaged so securely we struggled to get it out of the box. Easy set up instructions (my 11 yr old read them out to me) and a smooth assembly process. This is not a loud machine! It is small enough that it fits comfortably under my desk and get this IT WHEELS BACK OUT WHEN I NEED IT!!! It’s on wheels! Genius. I love this. It works exactly as advertised and I will take care of this to ensure it works for a long future of shredding.

Great Shredder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Staples 10 Sheet Micro Cut shredder has a sleek design compact and durable. It is heavy but glides with ease on wheels. This machine quickly shreds up to 10 papers at time. The size of the machine is perfect. It easy fits under desks or in small spaces in a closet. Currently it is parked under a desk. The bin capacity holds a lot since the shred size is so small so it doesn’t need to be emptied often. This shredder is beyond easy to use. Simply slide the top cover toward the back and the unit turns on. Add your paper and start shredding. When you’re done slide the top cover forward and the machine turns off. While not quiet I wouldn’t consider this shredder to be extremely loud. It definitely makes sound when it’s turning on and shredding but since it shreds quickly it is not making sound for long.

Great Secure Shredder

I have been using it to shred and discard documents with sensitive information at the school counseling office. It shreds the documents super small. It can shred large amounts at one time without getting jammed. I’m still careful to try to not put too much in but I am amazed at how much it can take. It’s super easy to use. You don’t have to put anything together when it comes in you just have to get it out of the packaging. The best part to me though is how much it stores before you have to empty it. No constant dumping with lots of bags even if you shred a lot which I do. I also think one of the best things is that it has wheels so it’s really easy to move around. It stores nicely but it’s also not stuck in one place if you need to move it for convenience.
