Quiter than the last shredder but seems to be a little slower.

The shredder is very efficient & safe to use. Although it is very heavy it is on rollers which make it easier to move around.

Received next day awesome shipping. This shredder is very quiet and very smooth operation. Handles 12 sheets and doesn't even try hard. Have had many others with good ratings that don't hold up. If you need a work horse don't miss this one.

Bought this to replace a smaller one. So far so good...a little pricey but worth it to me.

Easy to set up and use. Safety feature: Top slides to reveal power button then can be slid to hide slot and all buttons. Large capacity. Very quiet while operating.

I bought this as a Father's Day gift for my brother. He's the one who said "It's GREAT"! So I guess it's great! I'm delighted that he's happy.
