Day 1 of operating shredder, the auto feed stopped working and has never worked again since. Day 1 of operating shredder, any time I try and shred 3+ pages at once (capacity is advertised as 12 pages), the shredder makes a loud pitched beep at me. Day 20+ of operating shredder and you can't even put one single sheet of paper through the shredder without it beeping excessively loud. This is the SECOND shredder we purchased, the first malfunctioned straight from the box and Staples immediately sent us a replacement. For the replacement to also be such a piece of trash says it's the manufacturing and equipment itself. I would not recommend purchasing this. Go with a slightly more expensive option to actually have a somewhat performative machine. Wasted money.

Shedder works very well and quickly. Easy to remove shredded paper without making a mess. Limitation on shedding for no more than about 20 minutes before a cool down period is not a problem for a small business like mine.
