I just received this today and have used it for a total of about 45 minutes. It is MUCH quieter that our old shredder. I like the ability to have a collection bag the only problem is the bag does not fit easily in the receptacle so that it reliably catches all of the shred. Overall I am very pleased with it.

Just right for a single household. Small size means it fits under the desk and since it’s on casters can be rolled out easily as needed. I appreciate the auto off after 5 minutes to avoid overheating since I managed to burn out the motor on my last one.
