I had a LOT of old tax returns and things that had to be shredded. This thing did the job without shutting down or getting jammed even when I put more paper than I should have in the feeder…. It was easy to empty and feels sturdy. It is a bit heavy though so FYI.

I always bought a different brand shredder. I was returning a broken shredder order warranty. I love the new Staples shredder. It’s quiet and efficient. Exchange for the new shredder was easy and staff was experienced and engaging!

Had 14 boxes of stored records from my husband's previous position that had to be shredded. The shredder did a fantastic job of cross-cut so absolutely no information from the records could ever be read. Easy to clean cools down quickly and keeps on going!!!
