Terrible Shredder

Ok, so the blades will not spin but the motor will run without the blades. It’s not even a month old and I put 6 pieces through and it can take 12 at a time. But it just quit and not the motor it self runs without the blades spinning

10 Sheet Micro cut Shredder- I haven’t used it a lot yet but seems to be working fine. Not as sturdy as my old Fellowes shredder, but I like the micro cut feature.

The micro-cut really works. Not only does it remove any possibility of information being stolen, but it reduces the number of times you need to empty it!. Very quiet and safer than my last unit. There is no opening on the top until its time to shred, much safer. Has wheels so you can easily tuck it away when you need to. Very pleased with it.
