I like the bigger capacity as well as having two different ways to put paper into shredder. Convenient.

So far so good just started using the day after I bought it. I have heard stories from lots of people of which one to buy hopefully this will do the job for a long time. One thing I have learned putting exactly what the directions tell you about shredding or it will definitely jam.

Very good shredder for small uses. Not recommended for heavy office uses.

I really like my replacement shredder. It is incredibly quiet and is very efficient for shredding jobs'.

Works better than I thought. Looks and feels well made. If space is a concern to you then this shredder is the one for you. Small enough yet powerful enough to handle the job.

I would not recommend. Was not well constructed compared to the Fellowes units.
