Nice shredder but a little smaller than my last on

I like the smaller cuts and the easy access and the way the top slides to start and stop it. Very convenient. The only reason for not 5 stars is it's smaller than my last one so has to be emptied sooner. But that's not a big deal/

I did a lot of research and it paid off as this is a great product! I wanted one that handled 20 sheets and ran at least 30 minutes without overheating. This unit is a work-horse. I love it! Quiet yet powerful. Came with a sample disposal bag -- has a tiny "hook" on both sides of front area but it works and the bag doesn't fold up. Why in the world I didn't do this sooner is beyond me because my last one was ridiculously sensitive to heat and you couldn't get anything done! Not so with this one!

The unit is quiet and has a couple fancy features but it is much smaller in bin capacity than two or three of other shredders that I have bought at Staples. It comes with a plastic trash bag to catch shreddings but the way the container is shaped it's hard to get the bag inserted in the shredder.
