Shredder is quiet safety concious easy to maintain and use. It will NOT shred 15 sheets at a time; I had a jam with just 4 pages but it's still quite servicable.

Disappointing

Not nearly up to specs advertised. Will choke on more than 10 sheets. Overheat light comes on after 5 minutes or less. Returned to store for exchange unit. Exact same issues with replacement. I want to make it clear: I never jammed either unit. I stayed within 6 sheets no staples no tape. It simply quits. NO WAY this is a 20 minute run time 40 minute time out. With any volume of shredding a complete waste of time. Cannot imagine trying to use this in an office with several users trying to destroy sensitive documents. Read the other One Star ratings- I am not the only one with this issue. And with 2 machines.
