What a G R E A T !!! machine. With the 15 sheet capacity, I am able to shred small product cardboard so it does not clog the garbage/trash bins. I wish I had purchased this first, and bypassed the 8-sheet shredder.

Found this for 149 online, but store sold at 169. Used heavily for a few weeks, but little to no overload. It gathered shredding at teeth, blocking insertion of new paper. Then a clunk and no shredding. Our mechanic opened it and lo and behold, a gear was sheared, BUT there was a loose gear rolling around inside that exactly matched the broken gear. He installed and it worked again better than ever for about half a bucket. The teeth gathered shredding, there was another clunk, but no additional gears in the box. I hope to get warranty protection, but we'll see.

IT SUCKS. IT WORKED PROPERLY FOR ABOUT 3 DAYS AND THAT WAS IT. NOW THE FORWARD & REVERSE BUTTONS DO NOT WORK. NOW, EVERY TIME I WANT TO SHRED I HAVE TO RESTART IT TWICE BECAUSE IT JUST STOPS EVERY 5 SECONDS OR SO! THE INSTRUCTION BOOKLET WAS NOT HELPFUL EITHER,

This shredder lasted about twenty minutes. The "overheat" indicator comes on and stays on, and you can't shred anything. Its junk.
