I like this shredder. It’s much quieter than my last one. It also has a great capacity. I did not find it would run for 20 minutes straight maybe half. Not sure if it was operator error or the machine but I would stilll purchase again.

Shredder is quite and so far reliable. The only possible issue would be that sometimes the auto basket is full gets confused and we need to reset the shredder by unplugging and repluggjng to reset it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shredder does the job and it does it well. It has a modern and sleek look that makes it fit perfectly in any office space. It shredded all the documents I threw in there and I love how it is also capable of shreddding paper clips and CDs/DVDs. It has a lot of strength and I haven’t experienced any jams at all. The bin capacity is a good size so it’ll be able to handle a lot of shredding before needing to be dumped which is very convenient. The sound of the shredding is pretty minimal and it isn’t anything crazy loud. It’s so easy to use. Just plug it in and it was ready to shred! Totally recommend for those needing a good shredder for the office!

We opened up the box put it together according to the instructions put in 3 sheets of paper and it overheated. It never started up again. After an hour we packed it up and took it back to the store the next day. This was extremely disappointing and a waste of time.
