Easy to use and quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with the Staples 15 page cross-cut shredder and its performance and ease of use. The castor wheels were straightforward to attach allowing for effortless mobility around my home office. The shredder is remarkably quiet. It operates smoothly without a loud grinding noise which my older shredder had. It effortlessly handles a full 15 page capacity making it incredibly efficient. I also shredded credit cards and CDs and it handled both without any issues. It has a large collection bin which reduces the frequency to empty. The window of the bin contains a handle to use when you empty the bin. There is also a slide feature on top of the shredder that closes and secures the shredder when not in use. Comparing this shredder to my old shredder the difference is night and day. My previous model would often jam with just seven sheets of paper which was frustrating and time-consuming to fix. In contrast this new shredder has had no trouble managing larger quantities of paper providing a smooth and reliable shredding experience every time. Overall I highly recommend this Staples 15 page crosscut paper shredder for anyone in need of a high capacity quiet and versatile shredding solution. It has surpassed my expectation in every way and has made the task of shredding documents much more efficient and hassle free.

We had a shredder before that was only capable of shredding a few sheets at a time. It was loud slow and clogged often. Eventually it broke down and I enjoyed taking it to the dump. So... THIS Staples 15-sheet cross-cut multi-media shredder is a gift from heaven. Virtually silent fast capable of up to 15 sheets AND credit cards AND discs. It's also quite small. I opted for the smallest commercial shredder. It was a great decision!

Efficient Office Quality Shredder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Staples 15 Sheet Cross Cut Shredder is efficient fast and as quiet a unit as I've encountered. The safety guard on the top is a great feature and not one I've seen before in similar models. The bin capacity is great for home use (or lower volume offices). The machine makes quick work of multiple sheets at a time. The footprint of the unit is compact and fits nicely in my home office.
