It’s allegedly a 15-sheet shredder that will handle credit cards and CDs. I ran three sheets through at a time and it jammed after every run. Now it says it’s jammed and won’t run but I can’t find any paper in the mechanism. Even when it did work it was very slow.

Have to lift the top to empty the can no pull out drawer. Paper you enter from the top crumbles no matter how you put them even 1 sheet. It seems like the opening for the paper is smaller than 8.5 inches. Returned it & bought a Fellow shredder that works great.

A little smaller than I expected. I was hoping the wheels would be helpful but they are small and don't roll well on the office carpet (in a residence so soft pile). Gobbled the first sheets for shredding with no issues.
