I've only had this shredder a week but so far so good. It's quiet hasn't jammed and shreds multiple sheets at once into very fine pieces that are safe and securely untraceable.

I love the size of this shredder very noisy and you have to constantly have to empty the container. You constantly have to clean the teeth (shredder). For the price it is worth the aggrevation.
