I had a LOT of old tax returns and things that had to be shredded. This thing did the job without shutting down or getting jammed even when I put more paper than I should have in the feeder…. It was easy to empty and feels sturdy. It is a bit heavy though so FYI.

This shredder just powers through everything and even lets you know when the bin is full with a red light on top and a beep sound. So far I have had no issues with it and would definitely recommend it.

Great for a small office

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy about the efficiency and capacity of the Staples 20-Sheet Micro-Cut Commercial Shredder. I have yet to experience a paper jam or the frustrating wait time of being forced to shut down the shredder waiting for it to cool down. I use it in my small office where there are 2 people using the shredder. It has such a large bin that only find ourselves emptying the bin on a bi-monthly basis. We love the fact that we do not have to remove staples before shredding and that we can shred a large amount of documents simultaneously. Instead of a chore that we dread it has become a welcome diversion. It is extremely convenient when it comes to thick documents such as confidential power point presentation decks proprietary information and legal documentation. This is a welcome addition to our office and does not take up that much space.
