Had a TruRed shredder for 6 months and it broke. Called the support line couldn't fix it so sent me this one. I'm not sure I like it since it is significantly smaller and cheaper than the other one it replaced. I have to use it a bit and see.

Seems to be a pretty good shredder but it is too soon as I've only had it a short time. It seems a bit heavy and not easy for me to handle and I'd rather have got a little smaller one for a little less money.

I've gone through multiple shredders in the past and they don't seem to hold up. Either the papers jam frequently or they just get worn out. This shredder is a real workhorse. I have fed in thick papers and it chews right through them.
