Very good micro-shredder for the price. We bought it to replace one that was starting to get finicky rather than having to make a quick decision down the road. This shredder is a bit slower than the one we replaced, but it is quieter and theoretically can handle a more demanding work load. (We're not planning to test it.) Other features are a decent capacity for the shredder bin, a locking mechanism at the bottom of that bin to secure a box of shredder bags (which we will not be using), a shredder full indicator which we've triggered a couple times already, and a nice safety feature at the top to prevent prying fingers and accidental "stuff" falling into the shredder slot. The only way I can fully judge this one is how long it remains in good working order. the last one lasted 8 years.
It’s a great replacement from my older shredder & is much quieter too. So far I really like it & use it regularly. The wheel movement is a bit annoying, & maybe there is a way to lock them in place. If so, I don’t know about it & there was not an info booklet & warranty code that I could find in the box.

Mediocre. Not thrilled with this replacement shredder. Only positive of this shredder it is quiet. Had a previous Staples True Red model, bought several years ago, which was absolutely wonderful. A real work horse that was still working. Purchased this as replacement in a recent move and very disappointed. I wanted the large bin capacity for ease emptying, bin does not fit smoothly. In addition, the current configuration of the bin is very challenging to empty. The top has to be slid opened every time you want to shred and has an odor with shredding that I hope will eventually resolve with time. So disappointed with this replacement. Wish I kept my previous version.
