Strong action and works exactly as you'd expect an air duster to work. The title says slight ethereal which I don't know about unless they mean having diethyl ether as a solvent.

I could not get it to work. Had a handy neighbor try and he finally was able to get it to work sporadically. Also don't leave it in the car. It got incredibly hot and I was afraid it was going to explode.
