Stove may be OK but service is terrible

I need information on how to return an accessory and have been on the phone 4 times this morning - keep getting transferred here and there and put on hold. Last call the gal sounded like she was making dinner while I sat there for 10 min! Call finally ended? I hate to see how it will be if I ever need service on my new range!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Touch controls make the stove unusable

Had this for a month now and am trying to return it. I bought this for the pizza bake function and that works great as is the induction performance.
But the touch controls on the stovetop ruin it
When I'm cooking, it's constantly beeping some warning or error at me. If it's theres something wet or if I put a lid or ladle down, it'll turn off. If my arm brushes the controls, it'll change the settings and turn the heat up or down. It beeps at me when I wipe off the top. It's frustrating and unusable.
