Terrible to use

BlueParrott products are usually top of the line products, but this is the most frustrating and useless blue tooth I have ever used!! The power-on and answering button is a tiny, soft, hard to press button on the earpiece, above the easy to use volume buttons. Instead of having the call answer button on the end of the boom, this large, easy to access button is mute!! You cannot voice answer a call, you have to try to find and press this awkwardly placed button behind your ear. If your hands are busy, forget trying to answer the call. What a waste of money!! I wish I’d seen some reviews on this before buying it!!

Noise cancellation is fine but when you are driving you not gonna hear anything even the volume is full..

Quiet speaker

Noise cancelling is excellent. Battery is last long. The only downside is the speaker very quiet. Even I crank up max volume on my phone. Sometime its sound like a broken speaker, not very clear. Also when I am in a call like messenger and need to answer a regular phone call it will disconnect from phone after the call so have to turn off the headset and back on in order to connect back to messenger call. Not worth the money. Im returning it.

Battery is good, at least 10 hours music use. But very small sound for talking, not comfortable for the ear, how to say? As a truck driver, may not suitable.

Do Not Buy This!!!

Worst headset I've ever had, can barely hear anyone you're talking to and the on/off button is also the connect button and also the hang up button, it has hung up on so many people as I turn it on to answer a call while pressing the button it thinks I'm trying to hang up as soon as it comes on.

Poor sound quilty

This product is good for person listening to you on the other end, but for you it’s worse. This gets very loud at some times and sometimes it’s hard to hear other person on the call. I have eyer problem due to this. I am regranting choosing this headset over plantronics.
