Quality TV but need better functional layout.

Great TV picture colour and resolution quality. Google TV loads slow. Smart TV array too busy. Screen operational settings difficult to learn, redundant confusion. Manufacturer did not supply A/V mini plug adaptor and proper pinout difficult to source, time consuming to trouble shoot, leaving me without direct VCR hook-up.
