Internet spotty at first.

When router first installed, internet was spotty. Was not compatible with cable company modem. Spent about an hour on the phone with support who walked me through reconfiguring router to be compatible with modem. Support was excellent and very patient. Router now functioning better than cable company router. I feel better knowing I purchased a product from a company that has a good support system.
