Just what we needed!

We were having trouble streaming video on our tv (roku and Apple TV) and being on our phones at the same time. I upgraded to ORBI and instantly our problem was solved. We are now using our devices and wireless network at its full potential! Wish I would have purchased this product a while ago. :)

Not working hard to connect to existing router

Mesh is great

My 1980s house has great insulation, including a lovely kitchen with granite liberally in the only area my phone/router can come up from the basement. I have struggled with reception throughout the house until I found Orbi. This is my second system and it just keeps getting better. 150-200Kbps in all 3 floors (basement included) of the 4000 square foot home.

4k SQFT .... What a lie..

Purchased this product on July 17, 2020. Connected thought it went great until a few hours later it dropped signal. I had to mess with connecting disconnecting it trying to make it work. July 18, 2020 appears to work no problems all day, granted we were out most of the day.... July 19,2020 dropped signal yet again.. contacted support first person nice help tried a lot of things over 1.5-2 hours of time ended up getting told to contact tier 2 support. Called in, 1st time call got disconnected... 2nd time get a girl that was hard to understand tried like 3 things. maybe 15 mins and tells me oh you should upgrade to a new one this one looks like it won't work for your house...... I have a 2700 SQFT got the router & 2 satellites. I place router in front 1/3 of house in upstairs officer, 1 satellite in the 2/3 of home down stairs (middle of house), 2 satellite in the back 1/3. roughly 900 SQFT apart. Back of house signal on tv gets 1mbps if at all when I have 1000mbps internet. When you test the speeds close to router barely getting 400mbps but not consistently.
What garbage you sell and advertise it to work for 3 stories 4k SQFT yet 2 stories 2700 SQFT it don't work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So I looked at the google WiFi system at it was close to $100 more and the reviews were terrible. This system gives us perfect WiFi in a 3,500 square feet home. Easy to hook up and works great.

Offline after several resets
