SLOW UNBOXED NO USER MANUAL NOT TURNING ON

It took nearly a month to arrive and when it did it wasn't even in it's original box. Just loosely put in a cardboard box. No manual no literature of any kind. My guess is that this is a used product of who is unable to return it. So many hairs were all over the headphones. I finally figured out how to turn it on and when I put it up to my ears there was static hissing sound coming from the speakers. When I played a music file,the hissing went away until I stopped the music then it was back again. Refurbished? I Don't think so. Wish me luck for a successful return...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
