Looks good, works badly

After 4 charges one of the earbuds stopped charging no matter what I did. Got basically 2 weeks worth of use in its lifetime.
Pathetic, disposable quality. Won't but a jlab product again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

They're goof for the price

I was worried at first when the one ear bud was absolutely dead on battery. After charging them, everything was good. There are 4 sets of different kinds of inserts that you can change out. I wear these at work and at a medium to low volume, they last almost thr whole work day. These do come with a charging case.
I find that the sound quality is good. I do have to place them in my ear properly in order for it to sound good.

Left ear bud will not work

Tried EVERYTHING to get the left ear bud to pair and produce sound. Nothing. These were bought brand new, fresh out of the box. Upon reading reviews, this seems to be an issue with others as well. Returning.

Ok for music, bad for calls, fell apart early

Got these through RBC rewards. The were decent over the pandemic for music and podcasts. They were awful for calls. They picked up distant background noise but not my voice. One came apart today after approx 1.5 years. Not impressive considering how little i used them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The headphones stop connecting to the charging case after 6 months. No longer able to charge them and have to turn off the Bluetooth on my phone to disconnect. Would not recommend

Not even a decent option

The Jbuds from Jlabs are not as advertised. First off the battery life on these are no where near as advertised, I maybe get just under 2 hrs of listening time. Second, you cant just use one earbud. They have one parent bud which is required to be active for the other bud to work and they have separate battery charges and they dont last the same span of time. So if the "parent" bud dies the other just shuts off. There is a way to change he parent bud, but it's a timely resynching process and horribly slow. The touch controls are also sllit between the two buds, so if one is not in use you literally lose half of your available controls. Left bud does volume down and tracks, right but pauses and does volume up. Overall compared to any other ear bud kn the market, these are lacking in many of the small quality of life improvements that any other brand provides. I hate apple as a brand period, but I'm going to buy airpods now because these are just too chunky and hard to use.
