Great ear buds

I received my order quickly.
The charge lasts a long time. I love them for my walks with my dog. The sound is clear.

Regretting my purchase within 10s of playing my first song. :< And it was too late to return them as they are earphones apparently. No bass, extremely tinny tunes and the max volume is not nearly loud enough to help me mow my grass. My headphones from the 80s were louder. I'm now looking for more substantial headphones to replace this waste of charging time.
Another problem I found was, although they stay on my ears, they do not stay in the ears. I've changed the rubber gasket and they still don't great a good enough of a seal to give good sound quality.

Least reliable product ever

Having bought the product in April 2021, this is the third time since that the right earbud has stopped working. This latest time it is less than two weeks. Although JLab is super helpful is replacing their product; when you need to have them replaced every two weeks is frustrating and time consuming. The product seems to be of good value but it causes a lot of grief.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great when they work

I have owned the Jlab Jbuds Air Sport earbuds for a little over a month.
The negatives: I'm having left earbud pairing issues and now neither will turn on out of the case to pair with my phone. These are the most sensitive/unstable wireless earbuds. Looking into return options...
The positives: the sound quality is really good, they are comfortable to wear.

They'd be great if they charged properly

I love these headphones, except for the fact that there seems to be a magic formula for getting mine fully charged.
They stay on (which is my #1 priority with headphones) and the sound is good. But they don't consistently charge (or stay charged) when in the case. The case can be 75% charged and when I pull out the earbuds after sitting in the case for days or weeks, they are only halfway charged. Consequently, I don't use them very often because my pair isn't very reliable.

Easy to use but quiet

My first wireless, so I had to learn how to put it on. The device settings is simple to use, but I find that listening to shows are quiet even at max volume levels.
