Left earbud won't turn on

They worked amazing for the first month then one day the left ear bud just shut off and won't turn on anymore. I threw the box out and now I can't return l, would recommend hanging on to the receipt and original packaging for sometime or buy a better brand.

Both ear buds connected quickly and worked fine... the first time.
After that one time, the left ear bud has never worked. I watched the videos on YouTube and from the website. I followed the directions exactly. I could never get that bud to connect.
Do not buy these. They aren't worth it.

These are horrible. I'm returning them to best buy. Like many others, I've followed all the trouble shooting and online instructions, can't get the left one to connect /play anything. If they are giving me these many problems out of the box, it's a no from me. Can't give no stars, would if I could.

It's connecting well and both the mic and sound quality is good. Yet to get used on the touch function. Hopefully this one will last long unlike other Bluetooth ear phones.

Broke in a week

Left ear peice broke after a week most likely from sweat. In order to charge you must have a laptop and I doesn't come with a wall charger. You have to buy a specific wall charger as well.

I love these ear phones since my ear holes are so small and I had so much trouble finding ear phones that fit. These fit very snugly and they are head banger approved. I bought them so I can jog in them. I recommend this product,

Great headphones, good battery life and everything you would expect. Disappointed because mine lasted 1 month past warranty and 1 ear bud distorted has a noticeable reduction in sound.
