First pair wouldn't charge properly. Took them back. Replacements wouldn't connect to each other let alone any device. Tried every work around. Will be taking these ones back for refund.

Used once will not charge read reviews same issues. Can't return because of Covid stuck with them until Best Buy reopens. So cannot review because they are defective.

Uncomfortable and not noise isolating

Wearing these for extended periods of time (over an hour) leave my ears feeling sore. Also have had experiences were background noises felt amplified when wearing these earphones. I normally prefer sport styled earphones but these were lacking.

Left earbud stopped working/charging out of no where, used for less than 1 week! Barely used also, maybe less than 5 times....super cheap product. Do not waste money on them.

Doesn’t work well

There is constant static between the device and the headphones. Tried on iPhone, laptop, Mac, and TV. Originally bought for Bluetooth to TV connection. Doesn’t work. Not compatible on a TV purchased in 2020. Wouldn’t recommend these. Buy Apple or Beats and spend the extra money.

I bought another pair of these because my daughter loves her. I bought a pair for my nephew and he kept having issues with connection and the left side wouldn’t work at all. Still dealing with the manufacturer To have it replaced since Best Buy won’t do anything about it because they are earphones.

Didn't work out of the box

One would power up and one wouldn't. Wouldn't connect to Bluetooth. Went online and tried everything suggested. Ended up returning them, and of course they gave me a hard time about doing that, so was not interested in trying another pair or buying anything from Best Buy. Ended up ordering from another online retailer.

Great service from Best buy but unfortunately the jbuds would not hold a charge and I had to return them.
