The sound quality was pretty good, and they were fairly comfortable, but the "tap system" did not work consistently, aswell as one bud just stopped working. I take good care of my things, so this was purely a product quality issue.

Uncomfortable for glass wearers, but great sound

I looked high and low for a good pair of earphones for the gym and running and everything seemed to point to this pair. Even the YouTube videos had people wearing glasses and everyone raves about these. The sound is amazing, but unfortunately they were not comfortable for me. My glasses sit on top of the ear hooks - you can try and wedge it between the hooks and your temple but it’s not comfortable either. Everything you adjust your glasses you’ll hear the plastic clanking sound. Will see if I can sell this pair then search for in-ear ones.

Left Earbud Defective after 12 hrs of opening box

I did not even use these earbuds for a couple of hours, put them back in the case. The next morning, the left earbud won't work. Followed all the instructions in their manual to get the left earbud to pair. Repeated the steps many times and it still won't connect. Read a lot of reviews online and turns out after a while this issue starts to occur. It looks like a fault that tends to happen after a while and there is no fix for it. Will be returning it.

Decent for its price

Pros:
Sound quality is pretty good, seems pretty durable, doesn't fall out easily.
Cons:
Weird static noises, not a big deal, but might get annoying for some
Hurts insides of my ears after putting them in for a long time
charging cable in case is a bit awkward to use, comes out at an odd angle

Fine...when they work

These wireless headphones are great when they work, but half the time the sound skips and fizzles and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it. I use these for audiobooks, so it's pretty frustrating to miss part of the story because your headphones are garbage. I still use them just because I have no other option--I can only use earbuds that wrap around the ear, not the ones that stick into the ear, so at least these are pretty comfortable--but it makes me so angry that I spent so much money on such a mediocre product.

They are better than I thought! Pros definitely outweigh the cons
Pros:

Remains in Ears

I've purchased other wireless earbuds and can say these fit and remain in my ears the best. I experienced issues with other earbuds falling out when walking and definitely when exercising. I'm very pleased with these earbuds since they remain in my ears no matter how much I move around. Happy customer

Wouldn't turn on

I was excited to try these out as they had gotten good reviews, but they wouldn't turn on. I think the touch sensor must have been defective.
Thankfully, I was able to return them hassle free.
Disappointed it was never meant to be.
