Before buying these, I looked at many other brands and was quite worried after everyone else described numerous problems with connection issues, battery life, complicated series of taps, etc. I've used them now a few times and have had no connection problems and the sound is clear. So far so good!
When I first put them on, I could hear my voice echoing in my ears. After a quick Google search I found it was a safety feature and easily turned off should you choose.
Was pleased with this item and would recommend it.

Says satisfaction 30 days guaranteed but didn't last even half an hour... Just bought it and it says the earphones are fully charged but the left ear is unresponsive!

Terrible fit

The loop that is meant to go over your ear is way too close to the ear bud. With the bud sitting in the proper place, I can’t even have the loop over my ear. The ear loop should be adjustable. Really unhappy with this purchase and can’t return. Should be able to leave a photo in the review to show how small these things are. Terrible design. The only way I can even use them at all is without putting the loop around my ear and it looks so stupid.

Dissapinted. A garbage product

it could be the best true wireless earbuds for its price, but the quality is really horrible. Every day the sound quality becomes worse and worse. It gets more and more silent. Now my earbuds have some metallic noise, the loudness jumps all the time, the sensitive control buttons are hard to use. I compared the quality with normal jLab JBuds Air and the Sport version sounds like 3 dollar earphones from a dollar store. I have a replacement guarantee, but I'm sure it doesn't make any sense to replace them with the same garbage product. I'm just happy with normal JBuds, even if they don't have hooks though.

Right earbud failed after 4 months

4 months of intermittent use while at gym and right earbud just stopped working.
When connected back to case the earbud will not charge and indicator light does not come on. Contacts always very clean.
Left earbud works fine but the right one is what makes connection with device.
Would not recommend this product. Online reviews now show this to be a recurring problem.

I bought Skullcandy but returned them because of poor fit, pairing issues and highly sensitive touch controls; Jlab on the other hand proved great: fitting, speedy pairing, controls and sound quality.
