Terrible for calls, good for music

Even though I like to listen to music, my main goal was to have a good call quality when I bought it. But after a couple of weeks of using it, I noticed people saying they could hear everything around me but not me. They also complained about a muffled sound. I could prove that when I decided to test it on a call with my wife's cellphone. I noticed it was happening exactly what people were telling me. Not sure if it is a defect with my product or if it's a common defect of this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A decent All rounder

Worth buying at this price, it’s noise cancelling is descent and sounds better, an allrounder for this price # don’t expect the NC to be a hardcore one it’s good in blocking mid range sounds

Quality and Durability Issues

The first set of Galaxy Buds 2 that I had was defective out of the box. It had audio balance issues right out of the box. Best Buy exchanged them, so it wasn't a problem.
The second set worked wonderfully until they failed at about 14 months. One of the buds has a garbled noise like the speaker is blown out. I know wearables don't last forever. I only use these buds about 5 to 8 hours a week and it's mostly been at my desk at home. I also don't crank the volume to max either.
When they are functioning they are incredible. The construction and audio quality are top notch. But the longevity of these are far below my expectations, and really hurt it's value.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Won't stay in my ears for more then 30 seconds!!!

Do not buy. I dont know how samsung had this incredible original buds that sound and fit great and then buds 2 wont even stay in my ears. I cant wear them walkingx running or even standing still they constsntly fall out. My partner has the same problem with his.
And each time i have to stop them from dropping on the ground I have to touch them and then the music stops or the call hangs up. Worst. Purchase. Ever. Really big samsung advocate but incredibly disappointed with this piece of rubbish. And the worst part is my original buds suddenly stopped working after an update.. I even found another still boxed original buds to buy which I did, soon as I updated one side stopped working..

Well, my first pair were defective and Best Buy gladly replace them.
Second pair. Sound quality for music is quite good, not exceptional.
Phone quality, well Ambient sound helps, but it still feels like you have your fingers in your ear when using for phone calls.

Buds occasionally disconnect and reconnect even after the software update. Will see if it stabilizes else I will probably have to return this set as well.
