Good quality but...

Design could use a bit of a tweak. Lots of adjusting and pushing them back into the ears is required. Also the shiny they're round shaped and so touching them gives lots of undesired button presses unlike older one that had a flat surface which made holding and adjusting easier.

I received these free when I bought a Samsung Laptop and I soon realized why they were sent for free. You need to download the app to use properly, the sound is good but it doesn't really matter because they fall out all the time. No matter how you position them they continually fall out of your ears. Don't waste your money.

Poor quality

Ear buds have very poor fit. Constantly falling out, even with the fit check on the app, and trying all three silicone sizes. As well the silicone is already falling apart, crumbling, after less than 2 months of use. I got these for Christmas but should have asked for another brand instead. The only positive I have is the battery life, but I won't even get to use these enough to make use of it.

Galaxy Buds2 Frustrating

The sound is good. No complaints there. But they won't stay in my ears properly, so they always need adjusting. Then, with the touch controls, every time I adjust the fit, the volume goes up or down, or the song stops or skips to the next track or...... can't stand it. I'm returning them.

Enormous downgrade from the Buds+

Coming from the original Buds design that I now learned have a perfect fit, these are just shockingly uncomfortable. While I could work out in the original buds with full confidence that they will stay in my ears, these make me feel like I'm about to lose them just walking around. They also lose seal faster, making me fix them every couple of minutes. It's hard to express in words how disappointing this is knowing they are capable of producing an excellent design and coming from using it on a regular basis to "upgrade" to this. I don't understand why Samsung gave up on a near flawless fit to something this bad.
I knew I'll be returning them on day one, but it gets worse. The sound quality is not better either. They get a bit louder. But what makes these potentially dangerous is that they are also giving me an allergic reaction where my ear hurts and rings after wearing them. Based on reports online, I'm not the only one. Please read up before you buy these.
Overall I am very disappointed and frankly shocked that Samsung regressed so much over a generation after releasing the original lines of excellent earbuds I only sang praises to.

Clicking noise

I used the buds for 10 days before the left one started making clicking noises as I move my head or walk or any sort of movement happens. And Best Buy won't do anything about it, because the box is opened (how was I supposed to know it was defective? Anyways... I really liked them for 10 days and now it was a waste of money.

Bad fit

Don't come close to fitting, wasted money if i want them to fit i need to shove pull and adjust them and my ears for like 5 minutes to watch a 15 second video qnd then they fall out. Waste. Of. Money!!

Terrible design

Can't hear any audio in crowded places. The volume doesn't get loud enough. Every insert falls out of my ear with the slightest movement.
