[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No directions come with it, it doesn't reconnect on Bluetooth when I boot up and the key layout is not what I was looking for. How do I send it back?

Great Keyboard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have used a. mechanical keyboard all your life it is difficult to switch to an electronic one. This keyboard has the feel you are used to and I especially like the back light which is an added benefit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this keyboard for about a month. The keyboard has no lag and sounds great. I had no issues connecting my MacBook Pro or my iPad, and the keyboard seamlessly switches between the two devices. This is a great keyboard!

My New Satechi SM3 Keyboard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like it and pleased that I purchased it. The back lighting works well and the setup was reasonably easy. I did have to go online to review instructions as those supplied were unclear.I am however, having trouble getting the M1 Mouse to work - working with email support to attempt to resolve.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice keyboard, solid build, good backlighting. Where it runs into trouble is switching between Mac and Windows. I couldn't get a lot of the Windows keys to behave like Windows keys. Still seems stuck on Mac behavior.It's enjoying an early retirement in the parts closet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a few mechanical keyboards lately and each one had the cursor keys in different places along the bottom row, either too close to the rest of the keys to have a uniform layout look or slightly under them. This caused many mis key work and my hands just didn't want to learn. This keyboard has the familiar layout that works well with what I am used to. It would be nice to disable the function keys and not have the blinking escape key, it could stay lit as an indicator or maybe another led somewhere, the blinking is distracting. I do like the auto off and on, it just got a bit to get used to. And the fun patterns are a nice distraction during the day
