I am very pleased with this HP Laptop as the size and data storage capacity match the requirements of Windows 11, and modern applications for documents, downloads, photos and games. The grey keyboard provides a visible contrast to the silver case, The performance with an HP wireless mouse is very quick and all the data from my old HP Laptop was downloaded with an HP portable SSD P500 disc drive.

Bought new laptop a couple of weeks ago to replace aging HP Desktop which I'd had for around 7 years and was getting very tired in it's old age, very slow and temperamental.
New laptop super fast, plenty of memory and great graphics, should have updated much sooner.

Happy with the product. Replacing my Pavilion from 2012. Most noticeable: the difference on weight, metal on the old pavilion replaced by plastic on this. However my needs have changed and I was looking for a cheaper option. No cd/dvd drive but I can get a good quality plugin at a good price. Seems well built and feels durable running the software at great pace. Screen not as good as the pavilion but I was well aware that costs would be cut. It’s perfect for my general computing needs and easily transportable. No complaints.

This was bought whilst on offer, so was fantastic value. Very fast start up, great display and fast enough for general home use. Could have done with some sort of details of what some of the keyboard icons mean. Still have not figured out how the camera shutter works. Minor issue though. Still a good value for money laptop.
