While the keyboard that came with my new HP AiO has a sleeker look, it was heavier but more importantly had a terrible layout of keys on the lefthand side. It was completely a different setup with an extra key by the Shift and Caps Lock keys throwing one's typing off and causing undue typos. There was also something off about the F keys too which didn't work right.
This keyboard should be the one that comes with all PCs. Sure it may not be as sexy looking but everything works and functions the way you need it to, the way your fingers have used keyboards before. It's unfortunate that HP felt a more Apple looking keyboard (flatter, heavier, more recessed keys) should be included with the PC as it means you have to spend more to get a keyboard that relates to your hands better.
As for the mouse, it is fine.

Perfect replacement for my existing keyboard/mouse combo
The old keyboard had developed problems with the space bar.
The new keyboard almost took longer to unwrap then to install on the computer.
Just insert the batteries, plug the single USB dongle into the port - and we're cooking.
Probably didn't take more than 4 minutes.
