I bought this about a month ago for therapy for hip bursitis and am slowly working up to longer sessions so I don't injure myself any more. I find it extremely easy to use but still get my heart pumping. It arrived quickly, was packed very well and was easy to put together for me in my early 70s. Prior to this I have been pretty sendentary for the last couple of years and developed hip bursitis so am taking it easy starting to be active again. Would recommend to anyone looking for something easy to do in your own home that also gives you a cardio workout. So far I haven't experienced any of the problems others have mentioned about the machine being noisy.

I have an earlier model of Gazelle Glider and look forward to replacing it with the Pacer. Easy to assemble, use and store, when needed. I place it so I can watch videos, making it convenient to use.
